FTG · Formula Track Glory — Fire Tower Games, Colombia
Draft. We wrote it from what the game actually does today, and no lawyer has reviewed it yet. The registered company name is still missing too.
1. What this service is
FTG Formula Track Glory is a browser videogame about running a racing team, operated by Fire Tower Games from Colombia. It is played online, in a universe shared with other players: there is no local save and nothing to download.
2. Your account and your age
- You create the account with an email address or with your Google account. Keeping your access secure is your responsibility.
- One person, one account. Creating several to hold more than one team distorts everyone's championship and is grounds for suspension.
- You can ask for your account to be deleted at any time; what happens to your team is in section 4.
By creating an account you declare that you are of legal age, or that you have your parents' or legal guardians' permission to use the service. If that permission does not exist, whoever holds parental authority can write to us and we will close the account.
The date of birth the game asks for when you create your manager is your character's, not yours: it sets their age inside the fiction, which is why it is limited to 18–70. It is not used to verify your real age.
3. How you behave
- Your manager's name and your public nickname are visible to everyone else. Offensive or discriminatory names are not allowed, nor are the names of figures associated with hate crimes. The game rejects them as you type.
- Chat and community carry a profanity filter. Harassing, impersonating or posting somebody else's personal data is grounds for immediate suspension.
- Automating the game, exploiting bugs or reaching other teams' data outside the game's own mechanics is not allowed.
4. The team is not yours forever
A manager's seat is a post inside a living championship, not property. By design:
- Your team's chairman can dismiss you if you miss the season objective while your position is at risk.
- If you go 30 days without logging in you lose the seat (with a warning at 20) and the team passes to the system, so the championship carries on.
- If that happens you can come back and apply for another free seat; your manager record is kept.
5. Purchases
Today the game charges nothing. If a store with real money is enabled in the future, the following will apply and will be detailed before the first sale:
- What you buy will be a right of use inside the game, not a transferable good and not redeemable for money.
- The total price will be shown before payment, together with the rights of withdrawal and payment reversal granted by Colombia's Consumer Statute (Law 1480 of 2011).
6. Availability and changes
The game evolves: simulation rules, values and screens change between versions, and those changes are announced in What's New. There may be maintenance windows and season closures that reset part of the state. We will make reasonable efforts to give notice.
7. Liability
The service is provided "as is". Fire Tower Games is not liable for lost progress caused by third-party failures — cloud providers, your browser or your network — without prejudice to the rights Colombian law grants consumers.
8. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. For anything related to them, write to us at contact@firetower.games.
